The only one I see with puppet strings in their hands is Carl. Hmmmm... so he is the perpetrator in the Evan's household. Carl, you are the Father in the house and need to set a good example for the children. But I have it on good authority that it is Chris, not David, that dresses poor Pugsley up in all those outfits. So where did these two get these fiendish traits. Judith, do you need to come forward and confess something to us? I don't remember seeing Hoppy or FIFi wearing clothes or puppets on their backs.
